The delivery team was also very helpful and polite. They took the time to set up the piano properly and made sure we were completely satisfied with the placement before leaving. I bought my K300 Kawai here. Sales Manager was very accommodate to my request when I rescheduled the delivery time and rushing them to deliver earlier, as i worried another high level mco coming then my condo is not allowed any other outsider. Also, the fine tuning service has been placed in short notice time given to them, and didn't take them long to drop by and get it done, a true professional with details explanation. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Sales Manager was very welcoming and friendly (and not the overly polite to the point of uncomfortable lol).
